What do I do if my product breaks?
I offer lifetime fixes! Too often we end up throwing away perfectly salvagable jewellery and I want to avoid that with these products. Just drop us a message and we can arrange for the product to be shipped back and fixed, or handed to me at one of my markets! You won't ever have to pay for the repairs, only shipping <3

What are your products made from?
Each item is made from different materials, but each will have said materials listed in the description. All earring hooks are silver or gold plated, and the materials of other products range, as I use a lot of reclaimed wire and beads within my work. <3

What size are your necklaces/chokers?
All of my necklaces and chokers vary in size, each are one-of-a-kind and are varied as such. In the description of each product it should state the minimum and maximum length, as nearly all of my necklaces are adjustable<3
